Mission Statement:
Lead people to grow in intimacy with Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement:
We see a community discovering the flame of God’s love that sparks a passion for Christ and people, spreading into works of service and justice.

Core Values:
These four (4) life habits describe how passionate believers live on F.I.R.E. for Christ:

1. Following Christ – committed disciples who walk in love, grow in faith, maturity and devotion to the teachings of Jesus.
2. Igniting others – spreading the message of God’s love by caring and serving people, connecting them to the cross of Jesus and to small group fellowships.
3. Risking it all – acting unselfishly to do works of justice in a broken world.
4. Empowering leadership – raising leaders who influence people to use their gifts with excellence, resulting in the formation and multiplication of small groups and new churches.
